Right of withdrawal

In short

As a consumer you can normally cancel your purchase within 14 days of ordering, without giving a reason. With us it works like this:

• Before we have fully delivered: you can withdraw and get the full amount (€19.95) back.
• After we have fully delivered: your right of withdrawal expires. When ordering, you expressly asked us to start immediately and confirmed that you lose this right once the order is fully delivered. Your website and ads are also made to measure.

Something wrong with what you received? That is separate from withdrawal. Email us and we'll fix it. Your legal guarantee always applies.

How to withdraw

Send us a clear message by email to info@akgroupdesign.be. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to. It's enough to tell us you are withdrawing before the period ends.

Refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. This costs you nothing extra.
