1. Who are we?

In these terms, AK Group Design is referred to as “we” or “us”. You, the person placing the order, are “the customer”.

2. When do these terms apply?

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By ordering, you confirm that you have read and accept them. Deviations only apply if we confirm them in writing (email included).

3. What you get

For one order we deliver:

Not included: a domain name, paid hosting, your advertising budget, buying, stocking or shipping the product, setting up payments in your own store, and legal texts for your own store.

4. No sales guarantee

We choose products carefully, but online sales depend on many things outside our control: your ad budget, your price, your supplier, your customer service and the market. We therefore do not guarantee any sales, revenue or profit.

5. Price

The price is €19.95, one-time. This is the final price: you pay us nothing extra and there is no subscription.

6. Ordering and payment

  1. You fill in the order form. Only your name and email are required.
  2. You pay through Stripe, using one of the payment methods shown there (e.g. card or Klarna). If you pay with Klarna, Klarna’s terms also apply to that payment.
  3. The contract is concluded as soon as your payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation by email.

7. Delivery

We deliver within 1 to 2 working days after your payment, by email with a download link. If we need more information from you, the period starts from your reply. Delivery guarantee: if we do not deliver within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded) after your payment, or after your reply if we needed more information from you, we refund the full €19.95 upon a simple request by email, within 5 working days and via the same payment method. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you also get a full refund.

8. Changes

Small corrections (text, price, colour) are free if you request them within 7 days of delivery. Larger changes are not included.

9. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel your purchase. Because we make your order to measure and start immediately, you lose this right once the order has been fully delivered, provided you expressly agreed to this when ordering. If you withdraw before full delivery, you get the full amount back. All details and a model form are on the Withdrawal page.

10. Legal guarantee

Does something we delivered not work as promised? Let us know by email and we'll fix it. Your statutory consumer rights always remain in force.

11. Use of what you receive

After full payment you may freely use the website and ads for your own business, including commercially. Fonts, images or other third-party elements remain subject to their own licence. We may show your website or ads as an example of our work, unless you tell us you don't want that.

12. AI-generated content

For our ads and videos we sometimes use AI, for example an AI presenter or AI voice. If you use such an ad, state that it was made with AI, as TikTok and Meta require. Never let an AI person pretend to be a real customer.

13. Your responsibility

When you use the website and ads, you are the seller. You make sure your store, your product and your ads comply with the law and with the rules of the advertising platforms. Think of product safety, trademark rights, consumer law and the legal notices on your own store.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. This does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for lost profits, your advertising spend or problems with third parties such as Netlify, your supplier or advertising platforms.

15. Complaints

Not satisfied? Email us at info@akgroupdesign.be. We reply within 7 days. If we can't find a solution together, consumers can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be). Living in another EU country? Then the European Consumer Centre in your country can also help.

16. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection your own country's law gives you.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Your order is always governed by the terms that were online when you ordered.
